Legal bases (PDPA)
We rely on contractual necessity and legitimate interest to answer inquiries you initiate, and on consent for storing your cookie preference locally. You may withdraw consent for the banner storage by clearing site data or using the controls described on our Cookie policy.
How inquiries are sent
When you submit the contact form, your details are posted as JSON to /api/inquiry on the same domain. A server we operate receives the payload solely to read and respond to your message. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up planning conversation, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage. Consent strings in your browser remain until you clear them.

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact info@stack-scope.digital with your request; we will verify identity before acting.
International transfers
Our primary systems are intended for use in Thailand. If you contact us from abroad, your email provider’s routing is outside our control.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised review date when practices change materially.
